Note that the formula 1 event is the weekend (21-23 August) before the confderence, so on Sunday 23 most F1 fans will be leaving after the race.

The event will be officially announced next Wednesday during this year's cosmo.

The next deadline for all of us is the *21st of November* (THC @ Groeningen). We need to have a list of ~30 plenary speakers by then. We can then pass this list to the steering committee and start with actual invitations in the new year and end with 20 guests. Please add suggestions to the shared document. We are quite heavy on the LSS survey reporting side at the moment.

Also, if you have ideas about other possible sources of funding we could use, add them to the doc as well.
