FYI, this is what we replied to the Hyper-K request following the chat we had before THC in Leiden.

Dear Prof Barbi,

Our apologies for the slow reaction. Please go through the abstract submission process, decisions about the parallel sessions are up to the topic convenors, they will judge the relevance of the talks against all other submissions.
We cannot guarantee selection of any one talk but there is the option to open extra parallel sessions in relevant topics for which there is enough interest.
Please advise your speakers to emphasize the cosmological aspects,  and to select the most appropriate (existing) parallel session together with the option "Others" and add the extra keyword "Hyper-K" .

(Note that the payment deadline for participants is a few weeks after the talks and posters have been selected.)

Let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Matthieu Schaller  (on behalf of the Organizing Comm)

Dear organizers,

I wonder whether you have received my previous email (see below). I would greatly appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as possible as the deadline for abstract submission is approaching and the procedure to select Hyper-K speakers can take at least 1 week.

Thank you,
Mauricio

Dear Organizers,

I am writing on behalf of the Hyper-K Speaker Board committee to inquire about interest in featuring Hyper-K physics or detector technology at your upcoming conference.

We can provide qualified speakers to cover a range of topics — including neutrino oscillations, supernova neutrinos, and proton decay — in either plenary or parallel sessions. We are happy to tailor the presentation to your conference’s specific themes.

Please let us know if there is interest and what topics would be preferred.

Best regards,
Mauricio Barbi
