Zoom tomorrow (Wed 20/2) at 12:15, link to follow, to discuss/decide :  

       -registration fees 

       -budget info (we may be able to offer some travel for invited speakers)

       -tentative program (*) 

       -status of invited speakers and  parallel session convenors (who)

 

@Subodh:  the (public) indico page claims that abstract registration is open but needs editing (e.g. does not allow to select more than one topic/category, does not distnguish invited from parallels, etc)  Could you please hide abstract registration for now?  I can log in but I cannot edit.  Thanks!

-confirmed room reservations

-a tentative program with 19 plenaries (45') and 30 parallels (of 1.5 hr each)

         (need input on poster sessions)

-speaker status: 14 confirmed (12 Eur+3 US). PBH/DM/GW + Strings still pending
